GRASAC (Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre) is an independent charity which provides free, confidential and non-judgemental support and information services to women and girls affected by any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.
GRASAC support services include a helpline, email support service for women and girls, one to one ongoing support sessions either face to face or over the telephone, advocacy and information (for survivors, their friends, family, and agencies working with them). The support workers are all women, who are specially trained to work with survivors of sexual violence. They will work with you at your own pace, explaining your options and your rights – and most importantly of all, they will always listen to you and believe you.
Call the confidential helpline on 01452 526770 Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6.30pm – 8.30pm, and Mondays and Thursdays between 12pm- 2pm.
There’s a 24-hour answerphone service and they’ll respond within 24 hours. Or you can use the confidential and anonymous email support service at email@example.com.

Hope House SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) is a ‘one-stop’ location, where anyone who has experienced child abuse, rape and sexual assault, either recently or in the past, can get advice and support.
There’s also the chance to report offences to the police in a secure, caring and confidential environment (anonymously if you prefer).
